We want you to be completely happy with the products and service you receive from us. If, however, you should be dissatisfied for whatever reason, you may return any unused products in their original packaging for a complete refund.
The offer of refund applies to products returned within 14 days of purchase, and you must notify us by email before you return any products. Please also note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the products to us (i.e. you pay for shipping the goods back to us). Furthermore, the offer of refund only applies to the actual purchase price of any products; we cannot refund the shipping fee we originally charged to cover the cost of delivery to you.
