Customers who receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product should contact MaximumSpray.com promptly after delivery with their order information and, when requested, photographs or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.
Returns must be authorized by MaximumSpray.com before being sent back. Because certain products may be subject to transportation and carrier restrictions, customers should not ship a product back without receiving return instructions from MaximumSpray.com.
Products returned without authorization will be refused. Eligibility for replacement, refund, or other resolution will depend upon the circumstances of the order and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
